I offer Direct Primary Care in Temecula, California, bringing board-certified family medicine and more than 25 years of experience to a deliberately small, personalized practice.
My patients receive preventive care, acute and sick visits, chronic disease management, women's health, evidence-based menopause and perimenopause care, pediatrics, mental health support, and minor in-office procedures.
I’m proud to serve Temecula, Murrieta, and the surrounding Riverside County communities, with an intentionally limited patient panel that allows for same-day access and continuity of care with one physician.

Meet me first. Book a free 15-minute Meet & Greet — in person or by phone. Ask anything, and decide whether Thrive feels like the right home for your care.
Join for one flat monthly fee. Membership is $85 to $185 a month depending on age, plus a one-time $150 enrollment fee. No copays, no per-visit bills, and no insurance billing for your primary care.
Then get care that fits your life. Same- or next-day visits, unhurried appointments, and direct access to me through a HIPAA-secure portal — for everything from a sick visit to long-term chronic care.

I grew up watching my mother and grandfather practice family medicine the way it was meant to be: personal, unhurried, and rooted in building genuine relationships.
After 25 years in family medicine, I have come to believe that our healthcare system often falls short for both patients and physicians. In the corporate model of brief, 15-minute visits, we are often expected to focus on only one concern at a time. That approach has never made sense to me. People are complex, and health concerns are deeply interconnected.
